। यसको स्वाद तितो केही फिका रहन्छ । यसले मलमूत्र शुद्ध गर्छ, कफग्रस्त समस्या र आधा
शिर दर्दमा फाइदा गर्छ, सुन्निएको कलेजो /फियोमा लाभ पुऱ्याउँछ । यसको रोटी खाएपछि
सुफ, अलैँची चपाउने र
गाईको दूधमा शक्खर राखी पिउँदा आमाशयलाई फाइदा पुऱ्याउँछ। मात्रा : लेदो / धूलो
३-५ ग्राम १-२ पटक । यसको अर्क : १०-२० ग्राम, काँढापानी १/१ गिलास २
पटक ।
