फाइदा लिनुपर्छ । रातमा फूलमुनि बसी ध्यान गर्ने, बिहानै उठ्नासाथ स्वरलाई देखाएर हल्का पकाई भोजनमा
रमाएर खानुपर्छ । ऊर्जावान् व्यक्तिले रातमा अगस्तीको फूल प्रार्थना- पाठ गर्ने उज्यालो
प्राप्त गर्दछ । यो वीर्यवर्द्धक, बलवर्द्धक, वातपित्तनाशक, रक्तदोष हरण गर्ने र मुटुलाई हित पुऱ्याउने
मानिन्छ । वातरक्त रोगमा फूलचूर्ण राखी दही जमाएर खानुपर्छ । अपस्मार (मृगी) रोगमा
अगस्तीपात धूलो मरिचको पिठो मिसाएर बायाँ नाकमा सुँघाउनुपर्छ । यो ढैचाभन्दा
