अङ्गुर विभिन्न प्रजातिमा पाइन्छ । ३ खाले हरियो, पहेँलो र रातो तथा २ प्रकारका कालोमध्ये जामुनको समान चमकदार खुब मिठो तथा गुणकारी हुन्छन् । लतामा सुकेको कालो अङ्गुरबाट बीजसहितको मुनक्का बनाउँछन् । वेदनाअङ्गुरको किसमिस र पिटारीअङ्गुर लालरङमा पाइन्छन् । बजारमा रङ हालेर बेचेका पनि छन् किनकि कालो महँगो पर्छ । यो हरियो सेतो वा जुनसुकै अङ्गुरखेती गरेर सुस्वादिलो, पुष्टिकारक, वीर्यवर्द्धक, मूत्र र मललाई निकाल्नेवाला कफ-पित्तनाशक, एकदम रुचिप्रद, श्वास, खोकी, ज्वर, हृदयको पीडा शान्त पार्ने, रक्तपित्त, स्वरभेद, तिर्खा, मुखको तितोपन हुनाले खुब खाऔँ । कमजोरी हटाउने, अग्निद्दीपक, क्षयरोगमा (टि.बि.) लाभकारी र रक्तवृद्धि गर्ने काला अङ्गुर सर्वत्र रोपौं । हाँगा काटेर भुइँमा रोप्ने र कुनै टर्रोजातको रूखमा सप्रेपछि सहारा लिँदै फलोस् । पाकेपछि रातो र कालोमा खाँदा रसिलो र पोषिलो बनाउँछ । भयङ्कर जटिल रोगमा, कुनै पनि पौष्टिक पदार्थको अभावमा, जुनै प्रकृति र व्याधि भएमा द्राक्षा (दाख) खुवाउन/खान सकिन्छ। फलहरूमा उत्तम बलवर्द्धक अमृत राजाफल अङ्गुर पृथ्वीको महाअमृत हो । यसकारण दिव्य उपयोगी सदा सर्वत्र हरएक मनुष्यको कल्याण पुऱ्याइदिने लहरा-लता घरको वरिपरि लगाइहालौँ । यस्तो मिठो जडीबुटी लगाई फाइदालाई लुटौँ। गर्मीस्थानमा रोप्दा खेतीबाट धेरै लाभ लिन सकिन्छ । झ्याङ् नहल्लिने अगज ठाउँमा लगाउँदा मिठो हुन्छ तर जहाँ आवतजावत गर्नुपर्ने स्थानको अमिलो हुन्छ । मात्रा : ५-७ पटक २०-३० ग्राम ।
