यो पूर्वी नेपालको इलामतिर पाइने रातो रङको बोक्रा भएको अलैँची प्रशस्त खेती हुन्छ । यसको बीजको स्वाद एकदम तीखो परपराउने हुन्छ । यसले अपचन, आमाशयको खराबी, चिसो रुघा-खोकी, दाँतको समस्या, गलगाँणको बिमार आदि सन्चो गर्छ । यो संकोचक र बलकारक यो रातो अलैँची सर्वोत्तम मानिएको छ । मात्रा : १-२ ग्राम लेदो/चूर्ण, अर्क २०-३० ग्राम र १/१ गिलास काँढापानी अत्तर ३-५ थोपा, सर्वाङ्ग भस्म १-२ ग्राम, टुक्रा चुस्ने-चपाउने ३-५ पटक ।
