हावापानीमा नेपाललगायत विश्वभरि नै खेती गरिएको पाइन्छ । यसको जरा ४-१० अङ्गुल
लामो पहेँलो हुन्छ । गुण-धर्म-प्रभाव : यसको स्वाद केही मिठो हुन्छ र स्वभाव :
शीतल । उपयोग: यसको जरा कामोत्तेजक, पौष्टिक, वात-व्याधिनाशक, कृमिनाशक र धातुरक्षक मानिन्छ । यसले
हाड-ढाडको र जोर्नीवाथ, पक्षघात इत्यादिमा अचुक
काम गरी सन्चो गराउँछ । मात्रा : ३-५ ग्राम लेदो/चूर्ण, अर्क : १०-२० ग्राम काँढापानी १/१ माना २-३
पटक ।
