यो समशीतोष्ण जलवायुमा पाइन्छ । यो २-३ फिट अग्लो, काँणोदार, पात च्याप्टो, सेतो फुल्ने, पहेँलो गोलो फलभित्र मसिना बीज र चिफ्लो सेतो गुदी हुन्छ । गुण-धर्म-प्रभाव : टर्रो-तितो, स्वभाव : गरम-शीतल शामक । औषधीय उपयोग : यसको फलले छालाका रोग, दाद, दुबी, कुष्ठ, गाँठा-गिर्खा इत्यादि ठीक गर्छ । यसले दम, खोकी, पिनास, गानोगोला, कब्ज, अर्श, जोर्नीवाथ, आमवात, आउँ-पखाला, दाँत दर्द, कान पाक्ने इत्यादिमा अचुक लाभ पुऱ्याउँछ । मात्रा : ताजा एक फल, चूर्ण : ३-५ ग्राम, अर्क : १०-२० ग्राम, भस्म : १- २ ग्राम, क्षार आधा-एक ग्राम, सर्वाङ्ग काँढापानी १/१ माना ३-५ पटक ।
