बज्रदन्ती एक बहुवर्षीय झार वर्गको वनस्पति हो, जसको उचाई करिब

३० से.मी. सम्म हुन्छ। यसको पात संयुक्त हुन्छ, जहाँ प्रत्येक पत्रक सानो आकारको, करिब ४ से.मी. लामो र १.५ से.मी. चौडा हुन्छ। माथिल्लो पात ठूलो र तल्लो पात सानो देखिन्छ, जसका किनारहरूमा दाँती हुन्छन् र चाँदी जस्तै टल्कने हुन्छ। यसको फूल पहेँलो रंगको हुन्छ, जुन डाँठको टुप्पामा फुल्दछ।

नेपालभरि १८०० देखि ३५०० मीटरको उचाईसम्म खुल्ला चौर र चरन क्षेत्रमा पाइन्छ। यो वनस्पति मुख्य रूपमा उच्च पहाडी क्षेत्रहरूमा देखिन्छ र यसको प्राकृतिक आवासहरूमा पाइन्छ।

Introduction:

Bajradanti, also called Cinquefoil or Silver Leaf, is a perennial herb that grows to a height of up to 30 cm. It has compound leaves with many leaflets about 4 x 1.5 cm in size. Leaves are alternately big and small, dentate, and shining silvery, especially on the underside. Flowers yellow, bloom at the tip of the stalk of the plant.

Availability:

This herb grows almost in all over Nepal, especially from open ground and pasture and between 1800-3500 meters altitude. It is common in the grassy area of high-altitude meadow and open fields of the entire country.
