यो १२-१५ फिट अग्लो, १०००-३००० मिटरसम्मको उचाइमा पाइन्छ यो पैयुँको समान तर काँडा भएको हुन्छ यसको तितो फलले मृगौला फियो बढ्ने / सुन्निने समस्यामा लाभ पुयाउँछ यसको बोक्रा चोपले सङ्ग्रहणी, पेटका घाउ, आउँ - पखाला,

    पत्थरी आदि सन्चो गराउँछ मात्रा : - ग्राम लेदो / चूर्ण, काँढापानी / माना, अर्क : १०-२० ग्राम, फल -१० ग्राम - पटक

    परिचय (Introduction)

    काँडेपैयुँ (Rhamnus virgata) नेपालको पहाडी तथा हिमाली क्षेत्रमा पाइने एक औषधीय बोट हो। यो १२-१५ फिट अग्लो हुन्छ १०००-३००० मिटरको उचाइमा पाइन्छ। यसको बोट पैयुँजस्तै देखिन्छ तर यसमा काँडा हुन्छ। यसको फल तितो स्वादको हुन्छ यसले मृगौला फियो बढ्ने वा सुन्निने समस्यामा लाभदायक हुन्छ। यसको बोक्रा चोपले पेटका विभिन्न रोगहरू जस्तै सङ्ग्रहणी, पेटका घाउ, आउँ-पखाला, पत्थरी आदिमा औषधीको रूपमा प्रयोग गरिन्छ।

    गुणधर्म (Properties)

    काँडेपैयुँको बोट, बोक्रा, पात, फल सबै औषधीय गुणले भरपूर हुन्छन्। यसमा निम्न गुणहरू पाइन्छन्:

    • रुचिकारक (Bitter): यसको फल तितो हुन्छ, जसले पाचन प्रणालीलाई उत्तेजित गर्छ।
    • कषाय (Astringent): यसले शरीरका विभिन्न भागहरूमा सङ्कोचन ल्याउँछ, जसले घाउ जख्महरू ठीक गर्न मद्दत गर्छ।
    • पाचक (Digestive): यसले पाचन प्रणालीलाई सुधार गर्छ पेटका रोगहरूबाट बचाउँछ।
