यो - फिट अग्लो, पहेँलो फुल्ने, कालो बीज टुँडो भएको कालै हुन्छ यो भार सर्वत्र वर्षात्मा उम्रेर मङ्सिरमा सुक्छ यसको फूलले बिग्रेको मासिक अधर्ममा रगत कम हुनेमा लाभ पुऱ्याउँछ पाकेको कालो कुरो चूर्णले चिसो वाथरोगमा फाइदा दिन्छ यसलाई पोलेको भस्मले दिमागी रोगमा लाभ पुऱ्याउँछ

    काङ्ग्रेझार (Bidens pilosa) एक प्रकारको जडीबुटी हो जुन नेपाल लगायत विश्वभर पाइन्छ। यो बोट ३-५ फिट अग्लो हुन्छ र यसमा पहेँला फूलहरू फुल्छन्। यसको बीज कालो र टुँडो भएको हुन्छ। यो बोट वर्षातमा उम्रन्छ र मङ्सिरमा सुक्छ। काङ्ग्रेझारलाई कटरेकुरो पनि भनिन्छ। यो बोट नेपाली परम्परागत चिकित्सामा धेरै प्रयोग गरिन्छ। यसको फूल, पात, जरा, र बीज सबै औषधीय गुणले भरपूर छन्।

    गुण (Properties):

    काङ्ग्रेझारमा निम्नलिखित गुणहरू पाइन्छन्:

    • रोगप्रतिरोधक: यसले शरीरको रोगप्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढाउँछ।
    • ज्वरनाशक: यसले ज्वर घटाउन मद्दत गर्छ।
