यो एक फिटे अग्लो दूधे घाँसको पात्र त्रिकोणाकार कानझैँ पात हुन्छ यो लेकाली हावापानीमा प्रशस्त हुन्छ कान पाकेमा निचोरेर राखेमा सन्चो हुन्छ यसले पित्तज्वर गर्मी हटाउँछ, रगत शुद्ध गर्छ, मासिकधर्मको कष्ट मेटाउँछ, प्रदर ठीक पार्छ, रक्तपित्त, अम्लपित्त, मधुमेह, छालाका रोग सन्चो बनाउँछ मात्रा : - ग्राम - पटक

    कानपातेझार (Commelina paludosa) एक प्रकारको औषधीय वनस्पति हो जुन नेपालको लेकाली क्षेत्रमा प्रशस्त रूपमा पाइन्छ। यो घाँसको जातको वनस्पति हो जसको उचाई लगभग एक फिट हुन्छ। यसको पात त्रिकोणाकार हुन्छ कानको आकार जस्तै देखिन्छ, जसकारण यसलाई "कानपातेझार" भनिन्छ। यसको डाँठ पातमा दूध जस्तो तरल पदार्थ हुन्छ। यो वनस्पति नेपालको पहाडी क्षेत्रमा विशेष गरी ओसिलो ढलान भएको ठाउँमा फलफूल्छ।

    • सुकेको पातको चूर्ण: यसको पातलाई सुकाएर पिँधेर चूर्ण बनाउन सकिन्छ यो चूर्णलाई पानी वा शहदसँग मिसाएर सेवन गर्न सकिन्छ।
