    सानो काम्ले (Boehmeria ternifolia) नेपालमा प्रशस्त मात्रामा पाइने एक औषधीय बोट हो। यो उष्ण तथा समशीतोष्ण जलवायुमा बढ्ने गर्छ। यो बोट - फिट अग्लो हुन्छ यसका पातहरू खस्रो गोलाकार हुन्छन्। यसमा पहेँलोपनको फूल फुल्छ मसिना गेडा लाग्छ। यो बोट नेपालका विभिन्न भागहरूमा पाइन्छ यसको औषधीय गुणका कारण धेरै रोगहरूको उपचारमा प्रयोग गरिन्छ।

    गुणधर्म:
