परिचय

काँग्रेझार (Anemone rivularis) नेपाली भाषामा लेकाली, सुब्का (Am) जस्ता नामले चिनिने यो एक औषधीय बोट हो। यो हिमाली उप-हिमाली क्षेत्रमा पाइने बहुवर्षीय जडीबुटी हो। यसको वैज्ञानिक नाम Anemone rivularis हो भने यो Ranunculaceae परिवारमा पर्छ। यसको सेतो फूल हरिया पातहरूले यसलाई सजिलै चिन्न सकिन्छ। नेपालको पारम्परिक चिकित्सा पद्धतिमा यसको प्रयोग धेरै पुरानो छ।

उपलब्धता

काँग्रेझार नेपालको हिमाली उच्च पहाडी क्षेत्र (१२००२५०० मिटर उचाई) मा पाइन्छ। विशेष गरी मध्यम हिमाली क्षेत्र जस्तै रसुवा, दोलखा, सिन्धुपाल्चोक, मकवानपुर, लमजुङ, कास्की, म्याग्दी लगायतका जिल्लामा यो प्रशस्त मात्रामा

    पाइन्छ। नेपाल बाहेक यो भारत (हिमाचल प्रदेश, उत्तराखण्ड, सिक्किम), चीन, तिब्बत, भूटान जस्ता देशहरूमा पनि पाइन्छ।

    भौतिक गुणहरू

    • यो बोट फिट अग्लो हुन्छ।
    • पातहरू वटा खण्ड भएका हुन्छन् हरिया रंगका हुन्छन्।
    • फूल सेतो रंगको हुन्छ वसन्त ऋतुमा फुल्छ।
    • यसको जरा पातलो मूलिलो हुन्छ।
    • यसको स्वाद तीतो टर्रो हुन्छ भने यसको स्वभाव गरम हुन्छ।

    औषधीय गुणहरू

    काँग्रेझारमा निम्न औषधीय गुणहरू पाइन्छन्:

    • कफनाशक: यसले कफ, ज्वरो, सर्दी खोकीमा फाइदा गर्छ।
    • पित्तशामक: यसको बीजले पित्त पत्थरी घटाउँछ कलेजोलाई शक्ति दिन्छ।
    • रक्तशोधक: यसले रक्तमा हुने विषालु पदार्थहरू निकाल्छ।
    • ज्वरनाशक: यसले टाउको दुखाइ ज्वरो कम गर्छ।

    1. काढा: यसको जरा वा पातको काढा बनाएर गिलास दिनमा पटक खाने।
    2. चूर्ण: यसको सुकेको जरा पिँधेर ग्राम चूर्ण गरि पानीसँग सेवन गर्ने।
    3. रस: यसको ताजा पातको रस २०२५ ग्राम लिन सकिन्छ।
    4. अर्क: यसको अर्क १०१५ ग्राम सम्म सेवन गर्न सकिन्छ।

    संकलन संरक्षण

    • संकलन समय: यसको जरा वा पात वसन्त गृष्म ऋतुमा (मार्चजुन) समयमा संकलन गर्नु उपयुक्त हुन्छ।
    • संरक्षण विधि:
      • यसको जरा पातहरू सफा गरी छायामा सुकाउनु पर्छ।
      • सुकेपछि एयरटाइट कन्टेनरमा राख्नु पर्छ।
      • लामो समयसम्म राख्न चाहन्छ भने यसलाई ओसिलो नपर्ने ठाउँमा राख्नुपर्छ।

    Physical Properties

    Anemone rivularis is a clump-forming perennial with deeply divided dark green leaves. Its stiff, branching stems bear umbels of delicate, saucer-shaped white flowers, often tinged blue on the reverse, with distinctive violet-blue anthers. The plant typically grows between 24 to 36 inches tall and 12 to 24 inches wide.  

    Medicinal Properties

    Traditionally, various parts of KangreJhar have been utilized for their therapeutic benefits:​

    • Bitter and Astringent Taste with Warm Nature: The plant's inherent properties are believed to balance bodily humors, particularly in alleviating phlegm-related fevers.​
